How do I create an account?
Use “Create account” at the top right. You need an account name, a password, an e-mail address and a 6-digit PIN.
What is the PIN for?
The PIN is requested at every game login in addition to your password. Someone who only knows your password cannot get into your account. The client never stores the PIN.
I forgot my password or PIN.
On the login page you will find “Forgot your password?” and “Forgot your PIN?”. You receive a link at your e-mail address on file; it is valid for one hour.
My account is locked after failed attempts.
After five wrong entries in game the login is locked for ten minutes. It unlocks automatically. Setting a new PIN ends the lock immediately.
How do I delete a character?
The game asks for a 7-digit delete code. You can find and change it under “My account”.
What is the level cap?
The level cap is 99. There is no alchemy. Triton gear is the top tier for every class.
May I play several characters at once?
Yes. However, at most two characters per PC receive drops at the same time; this also applies to mining and fishing.
What does the vote bonus give me?
For 24 hours: +5% chance of EXP bonus, +5% item drop and +3% melee and magic damage, for every character of the account.
How do I get Raijincoins?
On the “Raijincoins” page. After payment they are credited to your account and you can spend them in the in-game item shop.
The launcher does not download or the client does not start.
The client must not be located under “C:\Program Files”. Click “Repair” in the launcher and add the folder as an exception in your antivirus.
